At the last home basketball game the drill team seniors, dance company seniors, and cheer seniors performed together at halftime. It was an awesome performance choreographed by the girls. The basketball team boosters even gave all the girls flowers to thank them for their support.

The seniors still have a couple more performance before the season ends, so don't miss them! On Monday, Feb. 28th at 7:30 PM the boys basketball team will play in round 1 of the state championship at Weber State. The Waspettes will be performing at half time.

The performance you most definitely do not want to miss is The Waspette Spectacular on Friday, March 11th. This is a huge fundraiser for the girls as they host the Mini Waspette clinic as well as showcase all their routines from the season.

Fun Filled Fall

The fall is always jam packed with fun performances for the drill team. By now the Waspettes have finished learning all their routines and are prepping for competition season. The girls perform at every football halftime, as well as present the flag. They performed their Rosie the Riveter routine from Stadium of Fire, hip hop, military, thriller, and their PDC camp dance twice; the second time they invited Uintah's drill team to perform with them. They also danced in the Swiss days parade, the Homecoming parade, and two assemblies.

Back to School

Today was the official first day of school! We can't believe how quickly summer came and gone- and although it went by fast, the Waspettes definitely didn't waste any time. Aside from three hour practices every morning (little break in July), we went to camp, performed at Stadium of Fire, danced in the fair days parade, learned competition routines, built up muscles in cross fit, hiked Timp, and had lots of bonding team time! The team is excited to start showing off all their hard work.
